Sinead McNicholl

Sinead McNicholl has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Sinead began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Mowlem Plc (now Carillion) in 1999 and remained in this role until 2005. Sinead then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Enterprise Plc from April 2005 to January 2006, followed by a role as a Human Resources Manager at Whitemountain Quarries Ltd from January 2006 to August 2008. Sinead joined Derry City & Strabane District Council in August 2008 as the Head of Human Resources and held this position until December 2015. Sinead then worked as a Strategic Director - Corporate Services at Derry City Council from April 2014 to December 2015. In January 2016, Sinead became the Head of Human Resources & Organisational Development at Mid and East Antrim Borough Council and held this role until April 2018. Following this, they joined Inspire in April 2018 as the Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development. In November 2020, they were promoted to the position of Group Director People, Development & Compliance.
