Unai Justo

Unai Justo is a Wellbeing Services Officer at Inspire, responsible for optimizing business processes and coordinating the delivery of services across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Prior to this role, Unai held various positions at AMS, including Business Development Support, Administrative Assistant, and Recruitment Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment processes and maintaining candidate data. Unai also excelled as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, achieving over 150 candidate placements and receiving multiple nominations for employee recognition awards. Previous experiences include customer service roles at Intelling Ltd and Concentrix, along with foundational positions in hospitality. Unai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Innovation from The Open University.
