Guy Chadwell

Guy Chadwell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as the Chief Operating Officer at Inspiring Learning, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at the same company from February 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Inspiring Learning, Guy worked as the Head of Betting at Ascot Racecourse from April 2016 to December 2019. Guy also has experience as a Management Consultant at various companies from June 2013 to April 2016. Between May 2002 and June 2013, Guy held the position of General Manager at Betfred, where they were responsible for managing and improving the profitability of the Totepool betting operation. Prior to that, they worked as the Promotions and Sponsorship Manager at Capital Radio from September 2000 to May 2002. Guy's professional journey began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they served as a Manager from August 1997 to September 2000. At Enterprise, they were responsible for managing and ensuring the profitability of multiple rental branches. Their achievements include being the first non-American manager in Enterprise's expansion to Scotland and successfully securing key accounts for the business.
