Klaudia Ratajczak

Klaudia Ratajczak is the Co-Founder of Patronus Technologies, a company they started in March 2023. The company focuses on providing flexible and affordable incident-reporting systems for the Safeguarding sector. Before this, Klaudia held various roles at Inspiring Learning, including Head of Safeguarding. Klaudia joined the company in July 2021 as a Safeguarding and Well-being Advisor and later became the Safeguarding Lead in January 2022. In November 2022, they were promoted to Head of Safeguarding. Prior to Inspiring Learning, Klaudia worked as a Safeguarding and EDI Officer at Essex County Council from August 2019 to July 2021. Klaudia also has experience as a Support Worker at Mencap from June 2017 to August 2019.

Klaudia Ratajczak attended the University of Essex from 2016 to 2019. Klaudia pursued a degree in Criminology and Forensic Investigation, specializing in Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing.
