Glendale Aldor

Glendale Aldor has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of HR Core Business Services at inspiro, which they held from July 2020 to the present. Prior to that, Glendale worked as the Associate Vice President of HR Core Business Services at inspiro from June 2016 to July 2020. Before joining inspiro, Glendale held various HR positions at SPi Global, including Senior Manager of HRIS, Management Reporting, and Philippine Payroll, Senior Manager of HRIS and Management Reporting, Senior Manager of HRIS and Organization Effectiveness, Manager of HRIS and Organization Development, Assistant Manager of Organization Development, Officer of Organization Development, Supervisor of Payroll, and Management Trainee for HR. These roles spanned from May 2004 to May 2016 and involved tasks such as implementing HR systems, developing and implementing organization development strategies, providing strategic and operational HR advice, and managing payroll functions.

Glendale Aldor completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Computer Applications at De La Salle University - Dasmarinas from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, they obtained an Organization Development Certification from Ateneo de Manila University. Additionally, Glendale earned a Compensation Management Certification from Miriam College Grade School in 2004.
