Teta Sarmiento

Teta Sarmiento is currently working as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at inspiro since May 2023. Previously, they were the Country Head of Talent Acquisition at Cognizant from November 2017 to May 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of AVP, Human Resources - Talent Acquisition at SPi Global from October 2015 to October 2017. From September 2009 to October 2014, they were the Senior Manager, Human Resources - Talent Acquisition at SPi Global. Teta Sarmiento started their career at ePLDT Ventus as part of the Training and Development team from January 2002 to June 2006.

Teta Sarmiento obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Miriam College from 1998 to 2002. Teta also obtained additional certifications including Certified Enterprise Quality Professional from DigiLEAF Inc. in 2012, Facilitation Skills Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2010, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from DigiLEAF Inc.
