Eddie Hou

Eddie Hou is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Instabase since September 2022. Prior experience includes managing customer success engineering at Finch, where Eddie developed customer lifecycle processes and established account management structures, as well as leading customer success engineering efforts at Moveworks. Eddie's experience encompasses significant roles at AppDynamics, where critical support was provided during high-stakes projects, and earlier positions at Delivry, Beijing International Software Corp., and Ontario Financing Authority, focusing on product management and software development. Eddie holds dual Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Toronto.
