Matthew Alter

Matthew Alter is an accomplished operations manager and recruiting manager currently employed at Instacare since May 2023. Previous experience includes a project program management internship at CCC Intelligent Solutions, where successful management of strategic program milestones and communication with stakeholders was demonstrated. Matthew also has extensive real estate experience, having served as a real estate broker at Lake Street Realty Group LLC and Prop RT Group, completing numerous transactions totaling over $8 million. Additionally, project management skills were utilized at Orchard Street Property Group LLC, handling budgets and tenant relations. Earlier roles included account executive at Premiere Distribution, Inc., and catering manager at Club Catering. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a Minor in Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Oakton College.
