Faten Ghriss

Faten Ghriss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Faten is currently an AI Engineer and Team Lead at InstaDeep, where they are responsible for back-end design and programming, as well as client relationship management. Faten played a key role in delivering a Deep Reinforcement Learning proof of concept for Deutsche Bahn, leading to a long-term partnership with the company. Faten also manages an engineering team and a deep learning based NLP project at InstaDeep.

Prior to their role at InstaDeep, Faten was the Lead of Facebook Developer Circle: Tunis, a community-driven program that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing among developers. Faten organized offline events and managed the local online Facebook community.

Faten is also a Co-Founder of Young Tunisian Coders Academy, a non-governmental organization that introduces programming skills to youngsters. The project won the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund competition sponsored by the U.S Department of State.

Faten has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Infor and as an Engineering Intern at Predictix, LLC. In these roles, they gained experience in software development, designing and implementing dashboards, and working with big data.
