Rihab Dridi

Rihab Dridi has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Rihab started their career as an Assistant Director at Ferryville School from January 2019 to June 2020. Following that, they worked at NEO GROUP SPRL from September 2020 to February 2023, where they served as a Customer Service Agent and later as a Quality and Sales Administration Manager. During their time at NEO GROUP SPRL, they were responsible for prospecting and developing client portfolios, as well as ensuring the quality and administration of sales processes.

In 2022, Rihab joined Proservices Training Company as a Quality Assurance Tester. Rihab gained experience in project-based manual testing within an Agile Scrum framework. Their responsibilities included analyzing specifications, designing and implementing test cases, evaluating results, and preparing client requirements documents. Rihab also had knowledge in development and scripting, using languages such as Python, Java, JUnit, and Cucumber.

Rihab Dridi obtained their Bachelor's degree, a Licence Fondamentale in Mathematics, from the Faculté des Sciences Mathématiques, Physiques et Naturelles de Tunis from 2011 to 2015. Rihab then pursued a Mastère en Mathématiques Financières (Analyse Stochastiques et Applications à la Finance) from the same institution, completing it between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, they received certifications, including an Attestation du Centre Euro-Méditerranéen pour les Mathématiques et leurs Applications (CREMMA) from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis in 2017, and a Formation en Mathématiques Actuarielles et Financières by Eisele Karl-Theodor from the Faculté des Sciences Mathématiques, Physiques et Naturelles de Tunis in 2017.
