Pamela Valdivia Vargas began their work experience in 2009 as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Iamel. Pamela then worked as a Hostess at Morimoto Restaurant from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Hotel Aqua Santa Fe as an Administrative Assistant and Hostess, where they handled inventory, invoices, and employee schedules. From 2014 to 2018, Pamela worked at Byronmuller, where they managed internal accounts, payments, and invoices, in addition to supplier payments and inventory. Pamela then served as an Account Manager at VDM Administradora de Franquicias from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Office & Administrative Manager at InstaFit since March 2020.

Pamela Valdivia Vargas completed their education in a sequential manner, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Administration at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial from 2008 to 2012. Pamela then pursued a Master's degree in Senior Management at Centro de Posgrados del Estado de México from 2008 to 2012. Most recently, they obtained a Doctorate degree in Senior Management from Centro de Posgrados del Estado de México, which they completed from 2016 to 2017.
