Rosalina Loclair has been working in the HR and recruitment field since 2008. Rosalina started their career as an Auszubildende at Hotel Q! in 2008. In 2011, they became a Store Manager at M1 Café | Bar | Catering. In 2012, they were a Marketing Intern at Panorama Fashion Fair Berlin GmbH. In 2013, they were an HR Assistant at All you need GmbH and Assistenz der Geschäftsführung at Q! Casa Berlin - Loock Hotels. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Avenso GmbH (LUMAS) as Head of HR, HR Business Partner, Senior Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Manager. In 2019, they became a HR Consultant at Freelance and Director People & Culture at InstaFreight.

Rosalina Loclair attended AKAD University from 2013 to 2017, where they received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business Communication. Prior to that, they attended OSZ Gastgewerbe Brillat Savarin from 2008 to 2011, where they received their 2011 in Hotelfachfrau.
