Nimesh Dahal

Nimesh Dahal has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Nimesh began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at WAPCOS LIMITED, where they gained hands-on experience in testing and installation of power plant components. Nimesh then interned at Practical Action South Asia Regional Office, where they worked on a project focused on securing water for food in Nepal. At Towa Engineering Nepal Pvt Ltd, Nimesh worked as a Plant Engineer for a brief period. Nimesh then joined Nissan Motor Corporation as a Platform Development Engineer, contributing to the development of automotive platforms.

In 2022, Nimesh transitioned to the field of prosthetics, first as a Product Development Engineer at Instalimb, where they were involved in designing and fabricating 3D printed prosthetics. Currently, they hold the role of Production Manager at Instalimb India Pvt. Ltd, overseeing the production department's tasks and managing the multinational team. Nimesh is experienced in project management, product development, and engineering design, with a focus on prosthetics and automotive platforms.

Nimesh Dahal completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Nimesh then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shizuoka University, which they completed between 2016 and 2018.
