David Gross

David Gross serves as the Executive Director at INSTALL since December 2022, specializing in flooring. With a long-standing commitment to the industry, Gross has been the Vice President of Local 251 Resilient Floorlayers since May 2003, representing skilled laborers in the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters. Gross previously held the position of Lead Instructor at Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Technical College from March 2014 to December 2022. Early career experience includes roles as Project Manager, Superintendent Foreman, and Journeyman across various companies from February 2000 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Pittsburg State University, an Advanced Instructor Certification in Workforce Education and Development from Penn State University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a Level III Instructor Certification from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters - UBC in the INSTALL: Flooring Program.
