Felix Cortez

Felix Cortez has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Felix started their career at King Brothers Ind. as an Engineer's Assistant, where they maintained records and organized paperwork. Felix then moved on to GEAR UP, where they served as Treasurer and organized fundraising events.

After that, Cortez worked at The Africa Project as a UCI Campus Volunteer, contributing to various campus activities. Felix then joined UCI TechHub as a Sales Associate/Dell Specialist, providing assistance to professors and doctors in acquiring necessary research equipment.

In 2013, they joined HOTB Software as a QA Automation Engineer, responsible for quality assurance testing. Felix later joined InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, in 2016 as a Senior Test Engineer. In this role, Cortez worked closely with product managers and software developers to enhance web applications. Felix designed and executed regression test suites, created automation frameworks, and led test planning and execution for various projects, including the company's first OAuth 2.

Felix Cortez completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature from UC Irvine in the years 2008-2013. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs at UC Irvine. Additionally, in January 2013, they obtained the certification of Apple Product Professional from Apple.
