Shani Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles.

Starting in 2012, Shani worked as a Sales Executive at HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. Here, they were responsible for converting leads into sales, generating business, and monitoring team productivity to achieve sales targets. Shani held this role until December 2015.

In December 2015, Shani joined PayU as a Channel Account Manager in the Partnerships department. Currently, since January 2022, Shani works at Instamojo as the Manager for Key Accounts & Customer Success. Here, they handle a portfolio of large SMEs, maintains strong relationships with merchants, understands their business objectives, identifies growth opportunities, and coordinates with internal stakeholders to deliver as per the clients' requirements. Shani also focuses on increasing wallet share and removing competition as far as possible.

Shani Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & HR from UPTU Lucknow from 2010 to 2012. Shani also completed their XIIth grade from UP Board Allahabad in 2007 and their Xth grade from UP Board Allahabad in 2005.
