Jack Killian

Jack Killian has a diverse work experience in customer success and management roles. Jack is currently serving as the Vice President of WW Customer Success at Instana since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Customer Success & Growth at ScienceLogic from March 2020 to June 2021. Before joining ScienceLogic, Jack held various positions at Databricks, including Director of Customer Success for North America (Public Sector & Global Retention), Director of Customer Success for North America (Commercial, MidMarket, & Public Sector), and Director of Customer Success for North America (Enterprise, Commercial & MidMarket). At Databricks, their responsibilities included driving customer adoption, education, expansion, and retention, as well as owning the company's global retention forecasting.

Jack also has experience working at AppDynamics as the Head of Customer Success for North America, Head of Customer Success for North America - East, and Senior Manager of Customer Success. In these roles, they led enterprise customer success teams, serving as a trusted advisor for the company's largest and most strategic customers.

Before their time at AppDynamics, Jack worked at Apttus as an Enterprise Client Success Manager, where they focused on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and developing customer roadmaps. Jack also held roles at Oracle, serving as a Client Success Manager for the Oracle Service Cloud product and in business development and consulting.

Additionally, Jack has previous experience as an Account Executive at United Business Technologies and as a Sales Support/Marketing intern at K2M, where they gained hands-on experience in marketing and research.

Jack Killian attended Saint Michael's College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business & Marketing. Jack has no additional certifications in Quote-to-Cash.
