Michael Banik

Michael Banik is the Regional VP Sales at Instant Financial. Michael has over eight years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise sales.

Banik started their career in 2012 as National and Enterprise Sales at HotSchedules. Michael then moved to Compeat Restaurant Management Systems in 2015 as Vice President Enterprise Sales. In 2016, they took on the same role at Vivonet.

In January 2018, Banik joined Instant Financial as Regional Vice President of Sales. Instant Financial is a financial wellness platform that gives employees the opportunity to claim a portion of their earned income after every shift without any fees.

Banik has been instrumental in Instant Financial’s success. Michael has helped the company grow from a startup to a leading financial wellness platform with over 1,000 customers and millions of employees using the product.

Michael Banik has an associate's degree in general studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
