Thomas Gumz

Thomas Gumz is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering, product design, and business analysis. As the Founder and CEO of Yacht Moonlighter LLC since December 2017, Thomas leads the organization while also serving as a Member/Partner at Instant Technologies, where Thomas is recognized for developing Instant IMtegrity, a leading IBM Sametime chat logging and compliance solution. Previously, Thomas held key roles at IBM as an Advisory Software Engineer and Product Designer, and at Iris Associates as a Principal Software Engineer. Earlier in Thomas's career, positions at Lotus Development included Product Program Marketing Manager, Product Sales Engineer, and Product Support Specialist, along with initial experience as a Business Analyst at GRACE Davison Europe.
