Ruchi Vakharia's work experience begins in 2009 as an Assistant Doctor at Shree K P Sanghvi Hospital, where they were quickly promoted to assist physicians in the Emergency and ICU. In 2010, they moved on to Mahavir Super Specialty Trauma Hospital, where they began as an Assistant Doctor for ward patients and was promoted to assist physicians in the Emergency and ICU. From 2012 to 2013, Ruchi worked at XLHealth as a Junior ICD-9 HCC Medical Coder, eventually becoming a QC. In 2017, they joined Dr. Xuananh P Tran's practice as a Medical Billing Specialist and later worked as a Medical Coder & Biller at Action Urgent Care. Currently, Ruchi is the Medical Coding and Billing lead at Instant Urgent Care, where they have built a team and developed training curricula for new and experienced members. Ruchi'sresponsibilities include managing work allocation, tracking progress, clarifying doubts, and auditing claims.
Ruchi Vakharia completed their education with a degree in Homeopathic Medicine/Homeopathy from Sri Mahalaxmi Mahila Homeopathic College, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Ambaba Girl's High School from 2002 to 2004. Ruchi also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM) at Madurai Kamaraj University from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from AAPC in December 2016.
