Mihaela Pinciuc

Mihaela Pinciuc has extensive experience in customer support and project management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Support at Instapage since January 2017, after progressively advancing through roles as Customer Success Team Manager and Customer Success Agent. Prior to this, Mihaela worked as a Project Manager at Survey Sampling International from August 2014 to January 2017, overseeing all phases of project delivery, managing client communications, and ensuring project completion within deadlines and budgets. Additionally, Mihaela has contributed to research initiatives at Erasmus Student Network Aisbl and promoted the Erasmus programme as an Erasmus Ambassador. Leadership experience includes serving as President of Erasmus Student Network in Timisoara, managing a team of volunteers and organizing significant events. Mihaela holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from West University of Timisoara and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the same institution, complemented by studies at Mykolas Romeris University.
