Mark Tootal is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams across various technologies, including mobile, back-end, and front-end. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Instapro Group since July 2024, Mark previously held similar positions at Accurx, Bitrise, and NewDay, where responsibilities included team management, delivery management, and mentoring. Mark has a solid background in transforming teams and enhancing organizational effectiveness, demonstrated during an interim role as Head of Engineering at Moteefe. With prior experience as Head of Technology at Aimia Inc and roles at Tunepics, DigitasLBi, busuu.com, and Shazam Entertainment, Mark has consistently contributed to technological advancements and product delivery while fostering team growth and collaboration. Mark holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
