Animesh Kumar

Animesh Kumar has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Animesh is currently the Director & Head HR - APAC at Instawork, a marketplace that provides economic opportunities for local businesses and professionals. Before joining Instawork, they served as the Chief HR Officer at Trustt (formerly Novopay), a cloud-based banking SaaS company. At Trustt, Animesh partnered with the leadership team to provide strategic guidance on HR matters. Prior to that, they were the Head-People & Culture at MediBuddy, leading the HR function and contributing to the growth of the organization. Animesh also worked as the Head HR at cult.fit, a digital healthcare platform. Earlier in their career, Animesh worked as an HR Business Partner at Cisco and started their career at Oracle as an engineer before transitioning into HR.

Animesh Kumar is a Gold Medalist in MBA Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Animesh also holds a Gold Medalist degree in BE (Honours) from Anna University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as GPTW Certified Professional from Great Place to Work™ Institute (India) in November 2021 and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2021.
