Arnab Bose

Arnab Bose has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Arnab'smost recent position was as the Director of Operations at Instawork, where they managed the fast-growing Community Operations and Demand Operations Teams in India and APAC. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations - Asia at Unbabel, where they eliminated language barriers by blending advanced artificial intelligence with human editors for high-quality translations.

Before their roles in tech start-ups, Arnab worked at Zoomcar as the Senior Director - Experience Center. In this position, they determined call center operational strategies and managed the customer base to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty. Arnab also worked closely with the in-house Product & Engineering team to enhance the product and initiated projects like customer self-serve options.

Arnab spent three years at Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd as the Senior Manager - Customer Experience, where they focused on managing the social customer base and driving the service recovery initiative. Arnab addressed customer escalations and worked on containment and corrective action frameworks, while also enhancing the brand's social media engagement and presence.

Earlier in their career, Arnab worked as a Manager at Samsung Electronics and as a Customer Service Manager at American Express OPEN.

Arnab Bose completed their high school education at St James' School in Kolkata. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at Delhi University from 1999 to 2001.
