Nico Moe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They currently work at Instawork as a Revenue Enablement member since 2023. Prior to that, they held a role as a Member at Modern Sales Pros, a community for sales leaders, from 2016 onwards.

From 2018, Nico worked at The Parent Company, starting as a Sales Operations Manager and later becoming the Head of Sales Planning and Operations. In these roles, they managed forecasting, demand/supply planning, and procurement processes, as well as expanded the sales team and implemented a new sales and operations planning format. They also served as the Director of Operations, handling cannabis and non-cannabis procurement and planning.

Before joining The Parent Company, Nico worked at Winning By Design as an Advisor from 2015 to 2022. They also had a role as a Sales Operations Manager at ExpertVoice from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they briefly served as the Business Development Lead at ReadyPulse within ExpertVoice.

Prior to that, Nico was a Business Development Manager at AgilOne, a leader in late-stage pipeline revenue generation, and a Business Development Representative, where they sourced the largest enterprise sale during their tenure. They also worked as a Sales Development Representative at TechValidate Software.

Nico's early career includes a summer internship at Edelman in 2013 and serving as a Psychological Operations Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve from 2007 to 2013. They also co-founded Santa Cruz Parkour in 2009.

Nico Moe has a diverse education history. They first attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they studied Marine Biology and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Korean Language and Culture. During the same time period, Nico participated in a Linguist Exchange Program at Korea University, focusing on Korean Language and Culture. In 2008, they attended the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, where they specialized in Psychological Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Nico Moe has obtained several certifications. They completed Sales Mastership Level 1 from Winning By Design in January 2016, and received Sandler Sales training from Sandler Training in August 2013.
