Charlie Dowling-Jones is a Publisher Development Executive at Insticator. Charlie joined Insticator as part of the acquisition of OKO Digital, reporting to VP of Account Management.
At OKO Charlie's role involved growing and managing our portfolio of publishers. Charlie was the acting point of contact for clients and collaborating with Ad Ops team to plan and manage growth of publisher accounts. Charlie communicated with new prospective clients about company services and onboarded new publishers. Additionally,Charlie provided support for day-to-day ad-serving needs of clients, analysed data and produced regular publisher performance reports, assisted with marketing of OKO on website, social media and other channels. Charlie also maintained a high-standard of product knowledge and understanding of industry practices as well as maintaining up-to-date industry qualifications.
Prior to OKO, Charlie held the title of Graduate Assistant at Village Communications from March 2019 to February 2020. Before that, Charlie was a Marketing Intern at Stemx from July 2016 to November 2016.
Charlie Dowling-Jones has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Advertising from Bournemouth University, a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in (Print/Mixed) Media from South Downs College, and a certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Marketing.
Charlie Dowling-Jones reports to Ealeal Ginott, VP, Content Operations. They are on a team with Diana Bourgeois - Director, Marketing & Content Operations, Katherine Panambo - Ad Support Specialist, and Igor Svoroba - Director, Ad Operations.
