Jenna Brown, Esq., PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and people management. Jenna currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Instinct Science, where they are responsible for overseeing the people function. Prior to this, they served as the VP, People + Culture at livingHR, Inc., where they focused on building culture, experiences, and talent for growing organizations.
Jenna has also held the role of Chief People Officer at both GoFan and ParkMobile, LLC. At GoFan, they played a crucial role in building the People Ops department and transforming employee recognition, leading the company to be recognized as a Top Workplace in Atlanta. At ParkMobile, LLC, they oversaw all aspects of human resources for a rapidly growing technology organization, including recruiting, culture, engagement, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations.
Before their leadership roles, Jenna worked as a Principal Human Capital Consultant at TriNet, where they provided human resource guidance to a portfolio of SMB clients and acted as a mentor to new consultants. Jenna also led workshops on various HR topics. Prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner at Aptean, where they worked closely with C-level executives on employee concerns, organizational design, and total compensation.

Jenna Brown, Esq., PHR, SHRM-CP completed their education beginning in 2005 when they attended Emory University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Sociology in 2009. Jenna then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. In 2009, they briefly attended the University of Miami School of Law. Jenna also holds several additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt obtained in July 2017, as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP certifications, both obtained in December 2014.
