María Escudero Escribano

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in organic products, nutrition, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and practiced as a Nutritionist in a private consulting setting from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university instructor, teaching applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
