Martin Buchheit

Martin Buchheit is an accomplished expert in high-performance sports, currently serving as the High-Performance Lead at Aspetar and the Elite Performance Director at Optimo Sport. With a robust background in physiology and strength conditioning, Martin has held prominent roles at various organizations, including High Performance Consultant for City Football Group and MATCH PRO ORGANISATION. As a co-founder of HIIT Science and an Associate Researcher at the Institut National du Sport, de l'Expertise et de la Performance, Martin also contributes to academia as a professor and editor-in-chief of a scientific journal.
