Nina Lee Holtsberry is a seasoned professional in member engagement and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement and Up Next Cohort Program Director at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since 2019. Additionally, Nina functions as a facilitator for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Since 2019, Nina has also been an artist with the Portal Project and has provided pro-bono legal services as a solo practitioner since 2016. Previous roles include Director of Business Development & Growth at RightSciences, consultant at Bock Consulting, and various legal positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Chatham County. Nina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Seattle University.
