Lasse Lund

Lasse Lund has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an HR Director at the Institute for Energy Technology in 1999. Prior to that, they worked as the Personal og organisasjonssjef at Oppegård kommune from 1997 to 1999. Before that, they were a spesialkonsulent at Kommunenes Sentralforbund from 1994 to 1997. Lasse also has military experience, having served as a Sersjant/offiser in the Hæren from 1980 to 1984.

Lasse Lund obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and HR from NKSH from 1985 to 1988. In 2009 to 2010, they completed a Diploma in Leadership and Communication from IFEs lederutviklingsprogram. In 2004, they received coaching training from BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, in the same year, they also obtained a Diploma in Forhandlingsstrategi og taktikk from GELLERT. Prior to their formal education, from 1978 to 1979, Lasse Lund gained practical experience in military and strategic leadership by completing a Sersjant program at BSIN.
