Mark Anzalone

Mark Anzalone is an accomplished laboratory operations professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Laboratory Operations at the Institute for In Vitro Sciences, Inc. since October 2017, Anzalone previously held the position of Account Manager at BMT Northwest, Inc. from 2012 to 2017, focusing on business development for domestic commercial clients. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at BioReliance by SAFC from 1998 to 2012 as the Laboratory Supervisor of the Genetic Toxicology Department, where operational oversight and expertise in mammalian cell and tissue culture were key responsibilities. Anzalone also contributed to preclinical development at Human Genome Sciences, Inc. from 2001 to 2004, optimizing Research & Development assays for quality control. Anzalone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from the University of Maryland.
