Erick Beltrán M.ed

Erick Beltrán, M.Ed, currently serves as the WIOA College and Career Coach at Instituto del Progreso Latino since August 2022. Previously held the position of Senior Transfer Partnership Advisor at National Louis University from July 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Success Coordinator at Everspring Inc., managing a caseload of over 250 online graduate students to ensure academic success, and advocating for diversity as a Graduate Advisor for Order of Omega. Erick also contributed to student engagement at DePaul University as a Graduate Assistant and provided career services and job readiness training for disconnected youth with Chicago Public Schools and Brighton Park Neighborhood Council. An earlier role as Student Ambassador at Western Illinois University involved coordinating student events and campus tours. Erick holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Illinois University.
