Ella Wetlesen

Ella Wetlesen is currently working as a manager at the Institute for Market Transformation, where Ella collaborates with various organizations on energy efficiency and social priorities in building management. Prior to this, Ella held positions such as Senior Associate and Program Associate at the American Enterprise Institute. Ella also gained experience as a Data & Policy Summer Scholar at the Harris School of Public Policy and as a Research Assistant at Wheaton College. Throughout their various roles, Ella has demonstrated their skills in data analysis, research, and policy development.
