Karon Moody Harden

Karon Moody Harden serves as the Chief Program Officer at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, leading and expanding transformational leadership programs while promoting equity-centered strategies. Previously, Karon held the position of Vice President for Programs and Peer Engagement at the Council on Foundations, enhancing professional development through educational initiatives. Experience also includes roles as Director of Professional Development at the National Association of Counties, Senior Director of Education at the American Academy of PAs, Director of Training Programs at the Council on Education for Public Health, and Program Manager at the American Public Health Association. Karon holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University, alongside degrees from the University of Maryland, Howard University, and North Carolina Central University.
