Eliza Peterson

Eliza Peterson is a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute for Systems Biology, with experience leading research programs on gene regulatory and metabolic networks of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Prior to that, Eliza worked as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Eliza led projects resulting in licensing of small molecules to Synereca Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Eliza also has experience as a Senior Research Associate at Amgen and Pfizer, as well as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University. Eliza holds a PhD in Biochemistry & Biophysics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
