Tim Hotze

Tim Hotze serves as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Capacity Planning, Network & Operations Strategy at Target, a newly created role focused on optimizing enterprise network capacity assets. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Amazon, where responsibilities encompassed North American Supply Chain Management and logistics, and Panalpina, where Tim held roles including Global Head of Logistics Innovation and Senior Vice President. Tim is also a Strategic/Board Advisor at Falabella, a member of the Board of Advisors at the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning, and has served as an officer for the Warehouse Education Research Council. Tim's educational background includes advanced degrees in supply chain management, logistics, and engineering from institutions such as Technische Universität Darmstadt and University Veszprem.
