Hilarie Geary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. As the Director and Co-Founder of Principal Connections - The Irish Office of Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group since November 1991, Hilarie has demonstrated strong leadership in the industry. In addition to this role, Hilarie has been a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland and Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group since December 2015, contributing valuable insights and expertise. Hilarie also served as a Director and Founder of Executive Connections Limited (Ireland) from November 1991 to October 2023 and was a member of the National Recruitment Federation from December 1991 to July 2023.
