Mothupi Modiba

Mothupi Modiba serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kaborona Investments since January 2018 and holds the position of Managing Director and Trustee at Bokamoso Barona Trust since January 2005. In addition, Mothupi is the Founder of Right The Law and has been a Director at Fuse Tech since 2018. Mothupi is a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and a University Council Member at the University of South Africa since 2016. Previous roles include Trustee and Chairman of the Eyesizwe Mining Development Trust, Board Member at Eyesizwe Mining, and Board Member of the National Youth Development Agency. Mothupi has an extensive educational background with advanced degrees in business administration, corporate governance, inclusive innovation, and design thinking from prestigious institutions including Henley Business School, INSEAD, and the University of Cape Town.
