Nomazibulo Tshanga

Nomazibulo Tshanga is an experienced human resources professional and business leader with a diverse background in HR services. Currently a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa since October 2019, Nomazibulo is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ziyana Business Consulting and Training, established in July 2016, focusing on HR services, training, and development. Prior roles include serving as Human Resources Director at Bidvest Steiner and Unit Head of Human Resources at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). Nomazibulo has extensive experience in talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and labour relations, beginning a career as a Trainee HR Officer at Coca-Cola Sabco. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, an Executive Development Programme from Wits Business School, and a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resource Management from Nelson Mandela University.
