Yvonne de Ville

Yvonne de Ville is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and change management, currently serving as Chair of the IoD Finance and FinTech Group since September 2022. As an independent PMO and change management consultant since 2004, Yvonne has supported major organizations including Credit Suisse, Unilever, and PwC. Yvonne is also an author of two books, "Managing Change: the Science of Happy Endings" and "Cracking the Change Management Code," providing valuable insights into effective change management practices. Additionally, Yvonne holds several certifications in agile and change management methodologies and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Breathe Points. Yvonne's educational background includes a BSc Hons. in Information Systems from Brunel University London and various other professional qualifications in project management and governance.
