Oliver Lamb

Oliver Lamb is a Volcano Seismologist at GNS Science since July 2022, bringing expertise from prior roles as a Visiting Researcher at Háskóli Íslands and an NRC Research Associate and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lamb's academic foundation includes a PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Liverpool, complemented by a MEarthSci in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford. Teaching experience at the University of Liverpool involved undergraduate modules in seismology, tectonics, and volcanic processes, including fieldwork in Tenerife.
