Cindy Boyden is an experienced library professional currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Institute of Museum and Library Services since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at the State Library of Ohio from December 2014 to May 2022 as a Library Consultant/LSTA Coordinator and previously as a Library Assistant II. Experience also includes a contractor position to assist ProQuest in a digitization project, along with roles focused on customer service, reference, and database management at Worthington Libraries and other organizations. Cindy holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Otterbein University.
