Evelyn Immonen

Evelyn Immonen serves as a Senior Program Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, where responsibilities include supporting capacity building cohorts aimed at enhancing affordable housing and community development in rural and Native communities. Previously, Evelyn was a Research and Policy Associate at the Housing Assistance Council, focusing on research and policy to improve conditions for rural Americans, and managed initiatives related to creative placemaking through the Citizens’ Institute on Rural Design. Early career experiences included roles as a Graduate Intern at Capitolworks, an eIntern with the Indian Health Service, and various positions at the Housing Assistance Council. Evelyn holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Virginia's Frank Batten School and a Bachelor of Arts with anticipated double majors in English Language and Literature/Letters and Public Policy from the University of Virginia.
