Joe Ruff has extensive work experience in the nuclear power industry. Joe began their career at INPO in 2008, where they held various roles, including Team Manager and Manager of Industry Analysis. In 2014, they became the Director of Performance Monitoring at INPO, a position they held until 2017. Joe then joined Duke Energy Corporation as the Manager of Nuclear Maintenance at the Robinson Nuclear Plant. In 2019, they returned to INPO as the Director of Performance Recovery and recently became the Director of Corporate and Full Monitoring.
Joe Ruff attended Virginia Tech from 1981 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering.
