Xiong-Wei Ni serves as the Director and founder of NiTech Solutions Ltd, which focuses on continuous reactions and crystallization. Additionally, Xiong-Wei Ni holds the position of Professor at Heriot-Watt University, specializing in multiphase mixing, reactions, and crystallization in flow technology. Prior academic roles include Senior Lecturer at the University of Strathclyde and Lecturer/Senior Lecturer at the University of Teesside, with postdoctoral research positions at the University of Cambridge and the University of Edinburgh.
