Jake Fraser

Jake Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in technology and leadership positions. Jake is currently the Director of Digital, Data, and Innovation at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, where they lead the organization's digital transformation efforts. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to enhance the use of technology.

Before joining the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Jake held roles at the Four Communications Group, including IT & Operations Director and IT Director. Jake was responsible for overseeing IT operations, facilities, legal, risk, and compliance. Jake also played a key role in driving acquisitions, digital transformation, and operational transformation.

Jake's career started as a Technology Consultant, providing expert guidance in the field. Jake also served as an IT Support Technician at St Thomas the Apostle College during their A-level studies.

Jake Fraser completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Cranfield University from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their educational qualifications, they hold a UK driving license (clean) obtained from the DVLA in 2007.
