Rodrigo Rojas

Rodrigo Rojas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor and Mentor at Instituto da Criança and an Advisor at D2bDigital since November 2025, Rodrigo previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Vale for a brief period in 2025 and served as Senior Human Resources Director at Grupo Carrefour Brasil from 2022 to 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing HR management for digital operations and corporate areas. Prior to that, Rodrigo was with Grupo Big - Brasil from 2019 to 2022, playing an instrumental role in cultural transformation and leadership development. Experience also includes serving as Human Resources Director at Supermercados Mundial, leading HR initiatives impacting over 9,500 employees, and holding various HR leadership positions at Souza Cruz from 2001 to 2015. Rodrigo holds an Executive Education degree in Human Resources from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
