Grace Carolina Gálvez Rojas

Grace Carolina Gálvez Rojas is an experienced processes engineer with a diverse background in project management, continuous improvement, and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as Ingeniero de Procesos at the Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias - INIA since January 2019, Grace has implemented process management methodologies and innovation strategies. Previous roles include positions at the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas de Chile, Banco Bci, Banco Falabella, and several aquaculture companies, where contributions focused on strategic planning, process design, and quality evaluation. Grace holds a Diplomado en Gestión de Procesos de Negocios from Universidad de Chile, an Ingeniero Civil Industrial degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, and an Ingeniera en Acuícultura from Universidad Andres Bello.
