Dilcia Rodriguez is currently working as a Professor at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo. Dilcia also serves as the Coordinator of Clinical Nutrition Services at Instituto Nacional del Cáncer Rosa Emilia Sánchez Pérez de Tavares (INCART). Their previous roles include Clinical Nutritionist positions at centro de nutricion clinica CNC, Instituto Oncológico Regional del Cibao, and ONCOSERV, where Dilcia specialized in providing nutritional support to oncology patients and managing obesity, enteral and parenteral nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, vegetarian nutrition, and nutrition for the elderly. Dilcia Rodriguez completed a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition at Universidad de Granada.
